Very good customer service . Very relatable . Very helpful. I put a down payment on a ring and wasn’t able to pay it off for almost a year and they help on to it for me the whole times without any questions . The patience they had made the experience very comfortable .

Julz is a beautiful shop with a phenomenal staff. My now husband and I decided to shop together for my perfect engagement ring. The morning we ventured out to ring shop we had plans to drive north to visit Tiffany’s. However, after leaving Julz, we were so blown away by Jodie that we decided not to! She made us comfortable and instantly felt like family. I sincerely feel that there is no one that would have been more perfect to assist us in such an important purchase in our lives. Jodie is a true treasure to Julz.

While the story would be too long to post on a review, the bottom line is they take care of their customers!!! We had a 1/100000 thing happen to an engagement ring and they made it right and went over the top to ensure the situation was fixed!

Kristi is fantastic! She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is exceptional. She’s very helpful , patient, ( I’m very indecisive), knowledgeable and just an all around a pleasure to work with. Everyone I met and talked to were also very helpful and kind . Excellent place to look for all your jewelry needs!!

Karen and Alan and their team make you feel very welcome. On repairs they manage your expectations I was pleasantly surprised with a call from Alison that Mr Stern had completed the repair ahead of schedule and it looked beautiful in their lights. I highly recommend Julz by Alan

If you’re not shopping at Julz, you’re shopping at the wrong place! J I was there today to have a ring re-sized and also purchased a small gift. Christy couldn’t have been nicer, and answered all of my questions. She showed me different options and led me to make the right decision on my purchase. I will definitely continue to give Julz my business in the future and highly recommended them to others!

Everyone was so nice and friendly! It took about a week to get the ring back from being sized which I was impressed with! Also, when I got it back it was so shiny! I definitely would recommend l!
